Terms of Use — Lessgo

*This is an English translation of the French Terms of Use. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.*

Lessgo is the new name of OGmaps. These terms replace the OGmaps terms for existing members; your accounts and your places are kept. For members who signed up before 9 October 2026, they apply from 24 October 2026, i.e. 15 days after they were announced in the Application, as provided for in the OGmaps terms: if you do not accept them, you may delete your account before then.

1. Who we are

Lessgo (the "Application" or the "Service"), available at https://lessgo.app, is published by NEVER BROKE LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), registered under number 2026-001993678, whose registered office is at c/o registered agent, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (the "Publisher", "we", "us"). Lessgo was previously called OGmaps: the former address https://app.ogmaps.app now redirects to Lessgo. Lessgo is part of the Never Broke Again ("NBA") suite of applications.

2. Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the Service. Lessgo is a personal notebook of places that you share with your friends:

• you save the places you love or want to discover (name, address, location, photos, memory, tip) and find them again easily;
• you sort them into Wishes (the places you want to try) and Spots (the places you have been to); a Wish becomes a Spot once you have been there;
• for each place, you choose who can see it: Private, Friends or Public (see Article 5.2);
• you can leave a tip for your friends about a place;
• you can add friends, see their places, save them to your notebook, like and comment on their posts, send them private messages and suggest a place to them with "Lessgo?", a private message inviting them to go there with you;
• you can find your countries and cities in your passport, and you can receive notifications.

Using the Service constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

3. Sign-up and minimum age

3.1. Signing up is free and is done in the Application with a first name (your display name), a username and a password (at least 8 characters). A friend's code is optional. If you sign up using the invitation link a member sent you, you become friends with that member as soon as you sign up; you can remove them from your friends at any time. By creating your account, you accept these Terms; we record the date of this acceptance.

3.2. Email address. No email address is required to sign up. You can add one later, verified by a code: it is used to log in, to recover your account and to secure it. An email address can be linked to only one account. Without an email address, a forgotten password cannot be recovered: in that case we have no secure way of verifying that you are the account holder.

3.3. Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If the law of the country where you live sets a higher age for consenting on your own to the processing of your personal data (for example 15 in France, up to 16 in certain countries of the European Union), you must have reached that age or have the permission of a holder of parental authority, who then accepts these Terms on your behalf. If we learn that an account has been created in breach of this rule, we may suspend or delete it.

3.4. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person. Your username and your display name must not infringe the rights of a third party or be offensive or misleading.

4. Account and security

4.1. Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account. Your session stays open on your device until you log out or, at most, for one year.

4.2. If you think your account has been used by someone else, change your password (the "Forgot password?" feature, if your account has an email address) and let us know at contact@nbasuite.si. Changing your password via an email link closes all open sessions of your account.

4.3. Former OGmaps members log in to Lessgo with the same username and the same password. The session open on the former address does not carry over: you need to log in again once at https://lessgo.app.

5. Your content

5.1. What you publish. The places, Wishes, Spots, photos, memories, tips, profile photo, bio, comments, private messages, "Lessgo?" suggestions and other content you add (the "Content") remain yours. You alone are responsible for your Content and you warrant that you hold the rights needed to publish it (in particular rights in the photos and in the image of the people who appear in them).

5.2. Who sees what.

• Your profile is visible to all Lessgo members: display name, profile photo, bio, date you joined, passport (number and edition), number of places, cities, countries and friends, and friends in common. Members can find you by your username and see you appear in their friend suggestions (with a reason, for example a city where you have saved a place that is not private).
• Your friends (after a request and acceptance, or via an invitation link) see your places that are not private, their photos, your tips, your friends list and your posts in the feed.

Each place has its own visibility, which you can change at any time:

• Private: no one but you can see it. It does not appear on your profile or in the feed, and no one can save it.
• Friends: your friends can see it and can save it to their notebook.
• Public: for now, a public place is shown to your friends, like a "Friends" place. A "Discover" section is planned: a public place may then be shown to all Lessgo members, with its photos, your tip and your display name. We will let you know in the Application before Discover opens.

Also:

• A memory is personal: it is shown to no one but you. A memory that was made visible in OGmaps remains visible to your friends until you edit it in Lessgo.
• A place removed from your notebook is shown to no one but you.
• A private message or a "Lessgo?" suggestion is visible only to you and the friend (or friends) you send it to. Private messages are not end-to-end encrypted (see the Privacy Policy).
• When a friend saves one of your places, the place's practical information (name, address, location, opening hours, phone number, links) is added to their notebook, with a note that you introduced them to it; it follows any corrections you make afterwards. Your photos, your memory and your settings remain yours. The same applies when you save a friend's place.
• When you indicate that you went to a place with a friend, a copy of that place (without your memory) is added to their notebook; the photos of that copy follow those of your original place.

5.3. Display licence. To operate the Service, you grant us, worldwide and for as long as your Content is online, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize and display your Content solely within the Service and solely to the people you have authorised under the visibility rules above. This licence does not allow us to sell your Content or to use it in advertising or on other media (website, social networks, landing page) without your express prior consent. It ends when you delete the Content or your account, subject to backup copies (see the Privacy Policy) and to copies already added to your friends' notebooks.

5.4. Moderation and reporting. We do not review Content before it is published. You can report to us any Content or behaviour that you consider unlawful or contrary to these Terms using the "Report" button in the Application, or by writing to contact@nbasuite.si stating: your username, the author's username, the Content concerned (place, photo, tip, comment, message…), the reason for the report and, if possible, a screenshot. We examine each report diligently and may remove Content, or warn, suspend or delete an account. We inform the person concerned of the decision and the reasons for it, unless the law or the safety of others prevents this. You may challenge a decision by writing to us at the same address. The author of a post can delete the comments received on it, and everyone can delete their own comments. You can remove a friend at any time.

6. Rules of conduct

By using Lessgo, you undertake not to:

• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, pornographic, harassing or defamatory, or that infringes the privacy, image rights or intellectual property of others;
• publish the location of another person's home or of a private place belonging to them without their consent;
• harass, threaten or solicit another member, in particular a minor;
• send unsolicited, promotional or bulk messages or "Lessgo?" suggestions;
• create fake accounts, in particular to get around the limit of the free version (Article 7) or to obtain invitation benefits;
• access or attempt to access other members' accounts or data, disrupt the Service, analyse it automatically (bots, data scraping) or circumvent its security measures;
• use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The Service applies reasonable usage limits (for example a maximum number of places added per day, or of messages or searches over a given period) to preserve its security and proper operation.

7. Free version and notebook

7.1. The free version of Lessgo lets you save up to 25 places in your notebook, Wishes and Spots combined. Places received from a friend (a copy added to your notebook when they indicate that they went there with you) do not count.

A Hidden place (removed from your notebook without being deleted) still counts towards this limit: only deletion frees up space.

7.1 bis. Places earned through referrals: each person who signs up with your invitation link or code and then adds their first place gives you 5 extra places, up to a total of 50 places. Accounts created solely to obtain these places (fake accounts, inactive accounts) do not count, and we may withdraw places obtained in this way (§ 6).

7.2. Former OGmaps members: the places you had saved before Lessgo opened on 8 October 2026 remain free of charge, with no time limit, and do not count towards the 25 places (nor towards the limit increased through referrals).

7.3. Whatever the number of your places, you can always view, edit, export and delete those you have already saved. Once your limit is reached (25 places, plus those earned through referrals), adding new places is blocked: you can invite a friend, make room in your notebook or, once it opens, subscribe to the paid offer (Article 8).

7.4. The OGmaps collection game does not exist in Lessgo. Items that were obtained free of charge in it have no monetary value and give no right to any compensation.

8. Upcoming paid offer: the Founders Offer

8.1. We have announced a paid offer, "Lessgo Unlimited", and a "Founders Offer": the first 100 subscribers will keep their subscription price for life, that is, for as long as their subscription remains active without interruption.

8.2. As at the date of these Terms, this offer is not yet open and nothing is charged. The "Notify me when it opens" button does not commit you to anything. The prices and benefits shown in the Application are indicative until the offer opens.

8.3. When it opens, the offer will be governed by separate terms of sale, which will specify in particular the price, the exact content of the offer, the term, renewal, cancellation, the right of withdrawal where it applies, and refunds. No paid offer will be charged to you without your express consent.

9. Availability of the Service

9.1. We use our best efforts to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or force majeure. We do not guarantee permanent availability or that the Service will be error-free.

9.2. Certain features depend on third-party services (for example searching for places and addresses using OpenStreetMap data, retrieving a place's information from a Google Maps link, working out an address from a location, and your device's notifications) and may be limited or unavailable. Place information obtained automatically (address, opening hours, phone number…) and tips left by members are provided for information only and may be inaccurate.

9.3. We regularly back up the Service's data, but we recommend that you keep your own copies of your important photos and memories. You can download all your data at any time from the Application's Settings.

9.4. We may develop, modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. If the Service is permanently discontinued, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, in the Application or by email, and will enable you to retrieve your Content.

10. Termination and account deletion

10.1. You can delete your account at any time, without giving a reason, from the Application (Settings, "Delete my account", with your username and password), or by writing to contact@nbasuite.si from the email address associated with your account. Deletion results in the erasure of your profile, your notebook, your photos, your private messages, your friendships, posts, hearts, comments, notifications and sessions, under the conditions and within the time limits described in the Privacy Policy. It is permanent. Before deleting your account, you can download all your data from Settings.

10.2. We may suspend or delete an account, after a warning where possible, in the event of a breach of these Terms, of behaviour endangering other members or the Service, or at the request of an authority. In the event of a serious breach (manifestly unlawful content, harm to a minor, fraud), the suspension may be immediate. Reasons are given for the decision, and it may be challenged at contact@nbasuite.si.

10.3. An account that has been inactive for more than 3 years may be deleted, after a warning sent at least 30 days beforehand to the account's email address, where it has one.

11. Liability

11.1. You are responsible for your Content and for the use you make of the Service. Be careful when you go to a place: Lessgo does not check the safety or accessibility of places, or the accuracy of the information about places saved by members or obtained automatically. Tips and reviews left by members are the sole responsibility of their authors.

11.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect damage, loss of data or Content, or for content published by members or by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for personal injury, or limits the rights you have under the law as a consumer.

12. Intellectual property

12.1. The Application, its code, its design, its texts, its illustrations (including the Traveller character), its passports, its animations, the names and logos "Lessgo", "Never Broke Again" and "NBA Suite" and their graphic elements are protected and belong to the Publisher, its founders or its partners, to the extent permitted by law.

12.2. Any reproduction, extraction or use outside the normal use of the Service is prohibited without our written consent. You may share screenshots of your own notebook or of your passport for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12.3. The names and depictions of real places are used for descriptive purposes; certain map data comes from third-party sources (see the Legal Notice, "Credits" section).

13. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms, in particular to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you in the Application or by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you refuse the new Terms, you may delete your account before that date. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States).

14.2. If you are a consumer residing in a country of the European Union or in Thailand, you benefit in any event from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

14.3. If a problem arises, please write to us first at contact@nbasuite.si: we will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, subject to point 14.2.
